Let’s go to Bogota, Colombia. When looking for trendy popular food joints on my trip to Bogota, I came across this gem. Statua Rota Brewery is in a quiet neighborhood, that serves as a brewery and a burger hot-spot. If you know me I like to go big or go home, and I didn’t end up going home. I ordered the Napoles, which is stuffed with cheese and mushrooms. Each burger comes with small potatoes to dip in the house made sauce. It’s a must to try the local beer as well. Why go to a brewery and not try the made brew? This restaurant moves up on my top ten list (coming soon).
