Let’s go to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Located in one of the busiest shopping areas of Riyadh, The Butcher Shop & Grill gives the diner a taste of South Africa.  In the picture below, is the Saudis take on South African Boerewors, with fried polenta squares. The sausage ( without pork) was a bit dry, but tasty. The fried polenta squares were a first, but a good first. The prices at the Butcher Shop are on the pricey side, so go when you have room in your pockets.
